Smokin at the Track is pleased to present a weekly challenge that puts campers head to head in competition for one of a kind fun and family entertainment.

Each week the Campground Challenge change but the fun and thrills of competition will remain the same so check back weekly at to see what we have in store for our fellow fans!



Do you have what it takes to go head to head with your fellow campers and be judged by some of the finest BBQ Pitmasters in the world?

Then show up and get yourself a rack of ribs and prepare them to be judged.

The first 50 competitors will have the opportunity to prepare and cook a single rack of ribs to be tasted and judged by the stars of Smokin’ at the Track. Judging will take place behind closed doors, but the winner will announced for all the world to see!



FRIDAY (November 18, 2016)

6:00 PM – 50 Racks of Ribs and Turn In Boxes will be Distributed

SATURDAY (November 19, 2016)

12:45 PM – 1:00 PM Cooked Ribs are Turned In

9:00 PM The King of the Coals will be Crowned on the Big Stage!
